Our restaurant proposes Italian cuisine and local dishes, but our chef revisits and enriches them with herbs, and offers original and tasty dishes. The restaurant always proposes fresh and seasonal foodstuffs harvesting them in the farmís market garden or buying them by guaranteed organic farms. Besides, we prepare our recipes according to bio-energy principles, paying very attention to the combination of ingredients and the cooking times.

In order to guarantee a top quality service by working quietly and in a non-commercial way, the restaurant can accommodate just 16 people; thus permitting guests to have meals in a very relaxing room and to taste food at best
